MyHart.net was the first web domain that I purchased to feature the antiques that Myrna and I sold at our live auctions. Purchasing the domain name in January of 1999. However because we sold a lot of American antique furniture at each of our auctions. I decided in 2002 that the domain AntiqueFurniture.us would be a better choice to promote the sale our "American" furniture. Since that time MyHart.net hasn't featured much content on it's website. Mostly being used in newspaper advertising because it was a lot shorter to list than AntiqueFurniture.us!

I enjoy building websites and have "hopefully" improved quite a bit over the years? I hand code all the HTML for each of our webpages. Plus write or highly modify much of the software code used on each of our websites. While this is quite time consuming! I have the satisfaction of knowing that I did it.

Recent updates to MyHart.net hopefully convey this love of building websites. I have added content focused on the North Georgia area including weather and online auctions. Which I hope is found helpful and of interest to visitors of our website. While I still have a lot of work to do! My goal is to feature some of the "special" items that we have sold at auctions over the years. Plus highlight what others are selling online in the North Georgia area.

On first glance weather forecasts wouldn't seem related to a website featuring live antique auctions. However very little effects a live auction more than weather conditions! While onsite auctions are generally effected more than those held at an auction house. Bad weather can cause the cancellation of any live auction. As Myrna and I found out some years ago when the roads here in Georgia iced over!!!
